Our chef Wolfgang Kanow offers a regional Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine using high quality products from the area. Wolfgang Kanow, born in Berlin, was formerly known as Sous Chef of the star chef Rolf Schmidt and took over the ALvis kitchen team in September 2002.
Our restaurant will treat you to a creative and healthy cuisine. Enjoy our homemade bread and pasta, seasonal vegetables, fresh meat and poultry as well as our good wines.
A highlight is our idyllic, ivy-framed court yard, built in the style of the twenties. This is the perfect place to peacefully enjoy a glass of wine and muse over the numerous impressions of your visit to Berlin.

Asparagus season in the restaurant ALvisStart off with our 14th April 2010 in the asparagus season! With delicious dishes around the "white gold" pampered chef Wolfgang Kanow back again this year!
As with all our dining restaurant also puts emphasis on the best quality. Thus, the freshly harvested asparagus is obtained exclusively from Beelitz.
