ALvis - fresh Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine

Located in the center of Berlin, the restaurant ALvis a place of rest, relaxation and enjoyment.

A fresh Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine, prepared using local produce at a high level - this is the handwriting of our chefs Wolfgang Kanow. Former sous-chef at a star chef Rolf Schmidt of the Berlin-born forward since September 2002, the kitchen staff in the restaurant ALvis.

This will be provided with a creative healthy cuisine for culinary delights! Enjoy in our restaurant-baked bread, homemade pasta, field vegetables, fresh meat and poultry products and good wines.

A very special highlight is the idyllic, ivy-entwined courtyard garden, built in the style of 20ies years. This is an excellent place for all to enjoy a glass of wine in peace, and to internalize the multiple impressions of the visit to Berlin.

A culinary journey through the decades

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Wolfgang Hotels Albrechtshof created Kanow menu for the anniversary event and takes you on a culinary journey through time!

ʉۢ Pike perch on mixed vegetables and potato soup
ʉۢ Pink pigeon breast in puff pastry on savoy cabbage and truffle
ʉۢ Valrhona chocolate mousse with russet-cherry chutney

With each menu, the restaurant donates 100 cents on the Berliner Stadtmission.

Old-Berlin evening

Let us take you into the old Berlin of the 20s and 30s - culinary and musical. With the original Heinrich Zille and corner Nante actors - live!

Every Wednesday from 18:00 clock, we invite you to our original Altberliner evening.

Enjoy Berlin delights and charm of the crackling of old shellac records. Pamper yourself in our restaurant from the original Heinrich Zille kidnap actors in the "old milieu," listen to loafer Nantes old organ and feel the cheeky wit and charm of times past.

Asparagus season in the restaurant ALvis

Start off with our 14th April 2010 in the asparagus season! With delicious dishes around the "white gold" pampered chef Wolfgang Kanow back again this year!

As with all our dining restaurant also puts emphasis on the best quality. Thus, the freshly harvested asparagus is obtained exclusively from Beelitz.
