Cooking course over the roofs of Berlin

You cook together with the chef personally on our roof terrace with a gigantic view over the capital. In the centre of Berlin with a view of the Reichstag. Cook a first-class 3-course menu together with the chef personally. You will learn tricks and tips from the gourmet kitchen. There is a minimum of 6 participants for our cooking courses. If this is not reached, the respective date will be postponed to another date. In case of bad weather conditions the cooking course takes place in the kitchen of the restaurant Alvis.

Cooking course for the perfect goose

So that the Christmas goose will definitely succeed! At Christmas, some prefer duck, others the famous (Christmas) goose. Best fried crispy brown with red cabbage, green cabbage, potato dumplings and delicious gravy. Would you also like to spoil your loved ones with a Christmas roast, but do not yet have the necessary know-how?
